Terms for Members Area

General:
Only PayPal payments is accepted.
No refunds! All sales are final.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please list all your websites when joining (if you have any).
(MSN, Yahoo or Google groups does NOT count as websites)
If you have a members area, you must give access to it.
Nothing in your members area will be used,
it's only to verify that the terms are followed.
You must place your members logo linked back to Sparkling Dreams
within 7 days after joining.
If no members logo can be found at your site, your membership will be suspended until you add it.
Your username and password may NOT be shared with anybody.
If you've been caught doing so, your membership will be terminated without refund.
If your membership expires, you must place a text link or logo on every page with the creations.
If your membership has been revoked for not following my terms,
you may no longer use anything from Sparkling Dreams.
The monthly sigtag may only be ordered for yourself.
If I'm not able to update at least once a month,
your membership will be compensated for that time.
Tubes:
* You can make sigtags, premades, websets & stationary
(IM and OE) with the tubes , for profit or personal use.
Please make sure to give credit in the websets or stationary.
* You may NOT share my tubes on groups (MSN, Yahoo etc.) or in forums.
* You may flip, mirror or animate eyes.
* You may NOT modify my tubes in any way (recolor, resize etc.)
* You may NOT create sigtag bundles without sigtag/premade bundles without names/text on the graphics.
* You may NOT offer them for downloading as is.
* You may NOT claim any tubes as your own.
* You may NOT use the tubes for scrapbooking, cross-stitch patterns or add in CD Collection.
* You may NOT make outlines or tutorials out of the tubes.
Outlines:
* You can tube outlines once they've been colored by you ONLY if you've purchased a Tube License from me.
The Tube License is valid even after your membership expires.
* You may NOT share my outlines on groups (MSN, Yahoo etc.) or in forums.
* You may NOT modify my outlines in any way (crop, chop, resize etc.)
* You may NOT sell or share the outlines as is.
* You may NOT claim any outlines as your own.
* You may NOT use the outlines for scrapbooking, cross-stitch patterns or add in CD Collection.
* You may NOT make tutorials out of the outlines.
Tutorials:
* You may NOT share my tutorials with anybody,
nor on groups (MSN, Yahoo etc.) or in forums.
* You may NOT sell or share the tutorials as is.
* You need to make your result from the tutorial,
slightly different than mine.
* You may NOT take any graphic from the tutorial.
* You may NOT claim the tutorial as your own.
* You may NOT use the tutorial for scrapbooking, cross-stitch patterns or add in CD Collection.
Base Sets:
* You can tube outlines once they've been colored by you ONLY if you've purchased a Tube License from me.
The Tube License is valid even after your membership expires.
* All bases must be fully dresses.
* You may NOT share my base sets on groups (MSN, Yahoo etc.) or in forums.
* You may NOT modify my base sets in any way (crop, chop, resize etc.)
* You can re-color the eyes and lips.
* You may NOT sell or share the base sets as is.
(you must create a scene first when making sigtags and such, only adding text isn't enough)
* You may NOT offer them for downloading as is.
* You may NOT claim any base sets as your own.
* You may NOT use the base sets for scrapbooking, cross-stitch patterns or add in CD Collection.
* You may NOT make outlines or tutorials out of the base sets.

If you should sell your site to anybody else,
the tubes/outlines/base sets from Sparkling Dreams may NOT be transferred to the new owner.
Only the finished product (websets, sigtags etc.) may be transferred.
The monthly sigtag can only be ordered for yourself.
Do NOT share the tag with anybody else.
When you use the sigtag, please give credit with a proper link to http://sparkling-dreams.com
