General Terms


	Some graphics on this site has been 100% drawn by me.
	Most of them by following different tutorials.
	They may not be taken off this site.
	Direct-linking is NOT allowed to any graphic.

	I reserve the right to change my terms from
	time to time.

Graphics Terms


	I reserve the right to refuse service to any
	individual.

	No refunds.

	All graphics are for your personal use only
	and may not be passed along to others.
	The graphics may not be altered in anyway.

	You may NOT open any of my graphics in any graphics
	program and copy colors or parts of them.

	To order an adoptable, you MUST have a website.
	Your site may NOT contain profanity,
	hatred, racism or promote illegal
	activity, violence, cruelty to children,
	cruelty to animals or porn of any kind.
	Your site must be 100% family friendly.
	Your site must be in English, German or Swedish.

	Your site must have a "no right click" and
	a "disable toolbar" script.
	It's for your and my protection.

	Tubes; You CAN make profit out of them such as
	sigtags, premades, websets etc. As long as you add
	something to it. Just adding text is NOT acceptable.
	You may NOT create lineart or tutorials from the tubes.
	You may NOT share your tubes with anybody.
	You may NOT alter the tubes in any way.
	You may NOT re-sell them as is.
	You may NOT create sigtag/premade bundles without
	names/text on the graphics.
	You may NOT use my tubes in sigtag makers, doll makers etc.
	Link-back with a Tube certificate is required on the
	same page as your creation.

	Adoptables are only to decorate your website.
	Link-back is required.

	SigTags may be used in your e-mail and/or on
	on your website.
	You may NOT share your sigtag with anybody.
	You may NOT alter it in any way.
	You may NOT claim it as your own.
	Link-back is required.
